Cancellation conditions

Cancellation policy: In case of cancellation by the tenant who did not take out cancellation insurance or who falls outside the terms of the insurance, the tenant is - up to 8 weeks before arrival due to pay the deposit (1/3 of the total sum). - from 8 weeks before arrival the total rental price is due. In case of early departure or not using the property you are not entitled to any refund.
