The area around Heidebos/Tussen Heide en Bos is a paradise for nature lovers and active holidaymakers.

Walking: Discover the rich fauna and flora of the Hoge Kempen National Park. Dry and wet heathland, fens and drifting dunes form the backdrop of the walking routes. The popular trail of the park passes the holiday home at 100m.

Cycling: Limburg is the cycling province par excellence with no less than 2000 km of car-free cycle paths. From Heidebos you are connected to the cycle route network in less than 200 meters.

Joekelbos: For the youngest children, the Joekelbos, an adventurous play forest, is located near the house.

Sentower Park: the large stud farm is located at approximately 2700m

Welcome to our website! I am Ann Hendrikx, a proud mother of two sons from Limburg, happily married, and living in beautiful Oudsbergen. My heart lies here, in the peace and beauty of nature, where I have found my passion in creating warm and hospitable experiences for my guests.

In 2018 I got the chance to start operating two special homes of the Agency for Nature and Forest. What started as an exciting adventure grew into a life's work in which I can combine my passions.

The first house is a cozy holiday home where up to 8 people can enjoy the peace and greenery together. The second house houses a charming B&B with one room, where I also run my herbalist. Here I share my love for herbs and natural health care.

After my training as a herbalist in 2021 at the European Academy of Natural Health, I discovered how powerful herbs can be. Since then, I have delved into herbal preparations and, with great care and attention, I put together tea combinations that are not only tasty, but also offer a moment of peace and well-being.

My work reflects my love for simplicity, nature and connection. Whether you are looking for a relaxing holiday in one of our homes or you want to be inspired by the world of herbs in my herbalist, I warmly welcome you to Gastvrij Limburg.
